the staff were very helpful they provided extra pillows when i asked. the location is good regular buses run to the city center a bus stop is just outside the hotel. the room was clean and serviced every day i had plenty of hot water for showers
the traffic noise was a bit bothersome since my room faced a busy road it made it a little hard to sleep with the window open

the hotel provides complimentary toiletries which is very handy. bottled water was available upon arrival. i appreciated those simple touches after a long day plus a regular bus service makes getting around easy.

The bus stop near the hotel was very useful. I used the complimentary toiletries daily. The room was serviced each day, and I greatly appreciate this (it is an important detail for me).

the location had a bus service to the city centre and the staff were helpful.
the room had a key that also unlocked another room beside mine and the window would not close as the hinge was broken. the patio was unclean with a full ashtray and a full drain. there was also no hot water in the morning.

the full english breakfast was amazing!!! the atmosphere was very relaxed. the staff was quite friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, making the dining experience truly enjoyable.
