Bus Stop Bliss!
onsite parking friendly staff great breakfast
The bus stop directly outside made getting around simple. I found onsite parking for 24 hours especially useful. Staff were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast was great, I really appreciated the options available.

I enjoyed a full English breakfast each morning, it was fantastic. A large selection of cereals and pastries were available too. It was easy to start my day with such a great breakfast.

The staff were pleasant and very helpful . They gave me extra pillows when I asked. I felt welcomed by the wonderful and very apologetic staff, especially Eugene.

The location is perfect, as it is near the train station and bus stop. I found a bus stop right outside the hotel. There is a Sainsbury's only a short walk away, so it is easy to get supplies.

helpful staff regular buses hot water
the staff were very helpful they provided extra pillows when i asked. the location is good regular buses run to the city center a bus stop is just outside the hotel. the room was clean and serviced every day i had plenty of hot water for showers
the traffic noise was a bit bothersome since my room faced a busy road it made it a little hard to sleep with the window open

the hotel provides complimentary toiletries which is very handy. bottled water was available upon arrival. i appreciated those simple touches after a long day plus a regular bus service makes getting around easy.

The bus stop near the hotel was very useful. I used the complimentary toiletries daily. The room was serviced each day, and I greatly appreciate this (it is an important detail for me).

broken hinge full ashtray
the location had a bus service to the city centre and the staff were helpful.
the room had a key that also unlocked another room beside mine and the window would not close as the hinge was broken. the patio was unclean with a full ashtray and a full drain. there was also no hot water in the morning.

Check-in was quick. the staff was helpful and gave extra pillows when i asked. the location suited my needs. regular buses go into the city centre. The bus stop is right outside.
