Preston Park Hotel, Brighton

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The rooms were dirty and in poor shape, with a lack of basic amenities. I faced issues with the service, as the staff weren't helpful when we needed assistance. Despite having potential, the overall maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement to make it worth considering again.

The hotel overall was quite dated and in need of significant improvements, particularly in terms of facilities and dining options. However, some aspects like the cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of one staff member stood out positively. While I was happy with the prompt room change and the cleanliness, the overall experience did leave a lot to be desired due to the lack of amenities and quality dining.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. While the staff were friendly and housekeeping did a decent job, the overall condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The first room we were given had an uncomfortable mattress, and the shower was malfunctioning. We ultimately chose to leave rather than risk further discomfort.
